Diocesan Centenary

James Knowles has been asked by the Centenary Planning Group to collate all the documents and photographs of the Centenary events. He would be very glad of photographs, movies, documents and press cuttings of parish and other celebrations that were not organised centrally; e.g. pilgrimages, services or fetes etc. Contact James via email or by post to 21 College Street, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 1NL.

Diocesan Intercession List

The April intercession list is now available on the Diocesan website. Many thanks to those who responded to the request for your thoughts and help in producing these intercession lists. Your interest and willingness to help are encouraging. Michael Hatchett has taken on the Excel task but we are still in early days – your thoughts and comments are still welcome to Anne Spalding.

Home for Good

Home for Good were featured on Songs of Praise on Mothering Sunday, explaining how they have formed as a national Christian charity to promote the need for more foster carers and adopters. In Suffolk, a local movement called ‘Home for Good: Suffolk’ has formed. All churches can get involved through promoting events, signposting, prayer or offering their venues to run information events or support groups. To find out more contact Melissa at suffolk@homeforgood.uk.
