Let’s go abroad again for a bit – well as far as Edinburgh anyway. All the usual shots have been taken many times, so it’s looking for something a bit different again. The first one shows the “conversation cubicles” built into the windows of the new Parliament building (and it was spit new at the time I took the photo). I wonder if anyone has ever used them? The third one is of light shining through a stained glass window in St Mary’s (Episcopalian) Cathedral. But the one in the middle? Well, it started life believe it or not as a picture of the escalator in Harvey Nichols – until I found a filter in Photoshop that spun it into a whirl, just like that. Nice!
